Kristin and Kevin Coughlin of Morristown Green.com talk about his upcoming film festival

What a treat to talk with Kevin Coughlin, editor and creator of MorristownGreen.com ! Typically, Kevin is the one creating the dialogue, but, I wanted to know about his upcoming Film Festival on Saturday, 8.24.13 in Morristown, NJ., so I brought him in to pick his incredible brain. This festival takes in 5 minute short films from residents in Morristown,of all ages, to express their creativity and use their voice. Each year there is a theme and this year it is documentaries. Not only was this conversation interesting, and informative, but, I also laughed, because who would have thought that shoeboxes are vital to a film festival.

I was so inspired by Kevin’s ability to bring a community together that I share a story about why the nurturing of creativity changed my life. I was encouraged by my husband, Jeff, one of my best friends Dawn, and psychic Sonia Choquette.

Kristin talks with psychic Corbie Mitleid / story by Kristin “My Dad, the Hawk”

Corbie Mitleid really fired up the conversation as we talked about how she came to talk with the people who have transitioned, got messages to loved ones for them and helped them release their energy from the Earth plane. She works closely with Robert Schwartz author of Your Souls Plan and Your Souls Gift. Corbie calls herself the “practical pyschic” as she brings grounded and clear care to all her clients, in every demension. And while she made me laugh and smile she is very serious about how her gift helps people of all walks of life through many situations.

Talking with Corbie reminded me of how my Dad, James Ace, (who transitioned almost 10 years ago) connects with me from the other side as the Hawk to support and help me in my life now and I want to share it with you~

Kristin talks with healer Joanie Eisinger

Joanie Eisinger, healer and author of Davids Guidance, and I laughed and talked about our journey of becoming the healers that we are today. Joanie experienced many physical challanges that brought her awakening. Louise Hay, Barbara Brennan and Wayne Dyer are some of the people we talk about as being guides when the “normal” way of healing and being in the world no longer resonated for us. Joanie broadened her spiritual views beyond her traditional Jewish upbringing to become the amazing channel, and healer that she is today!

Janet Conner author of lotus and the lily

Janet Conner and I talked about her divinely inspired book, the lotus and the lily. She shared with us how it came into being and how it not only changed her life, but, changed the lives of her readers ~ including me! I have been on a spiritual quest for most of my life, always seeking ways to move into a greater sense of who I AM and why I am here. This book  was not only a breath of fresh air, but, a solid guide on how to move forward, upward and beyond. No matter where you are in your life this book will elevate you, inspire you and help you become to best you that you can be. Janet is funny and inspiring and down to earth as she shares her journey with me. I am in enormous gratitude for the gifts she brings to the world and for the time she gave in our conversation!

Julie Genovese author of Nothing Short of Joy (podcast)

Julie Genovese, author of Nothing Short of Joy and I talked about NOT being a victim and truly loving who we came in to be. We marveled at how a cheerleader (me) and someone born with dwarfism (Julie) can still both be bullied and in my case, brutally. We explored how our shared experiences lead to her writing and my performing pieces that have a universal theme for our audiences. The themes of moving through the challenge, rising above the pain and pushing out the fear to create a beautiful life.

Julie’s book is delightful and inspiring as she shares her struggles as a little person and how she came to Love the body she is in. She looked to Wayne Dyer and Ester Hicks (Abraham Hicks) for inspiration and guidance. Read this book!!!! and bring Julie’s energy (which is nothing short of joy!) into your life~
